get_players used to have some problems with team flags, other than that it has always been the best way to iterate through all players

I have used it with CT and TERRORIST so many times and I haven't find any problem so far.

Actually it was an automatic server reset, setup by another admin at 5am, I didnt notice
Thanks about the clarification of get_players, ill be using that in the future.
