Drops Live Grenade On Death

Credit:
. v3x - used grenade flags from Unlimited Ammo

Info:
. When you are killed, you will drop an active grenade.
. Change 'md_mult' to increase the grenade's damage. This increases all grenades' damage.
. This is based off of Call of Duty 4's martyrdom perk.
. If 'md_hasgrenade' is '1' the priorities will go: hegrenade, smokegrenade, flashbang.

CVARS:
. md_on (def: 1) - enables the plugin
. md_hasgrenade (def: 0) - if '1', will only drop if you have a grenade, if '0, will drop hegrenade no matter what
. md_grenades (def: "ab") - a: hegrenade, b: smokegrenade, c: flashbang ; allows the dropping of these grenades
. md_mult (def: 1.0) - he grenade damage multiplier

Perhaps a cvar for it only to work if you have a grenade (or a smoke grenade?) ?
