[Request] standardize install folders

Hi, I often help gamers install Metamod: Source and CSSDM.

What I would like is for the mani admin plugin to follow a standardized installation.

For example, all mani stuff goes into \cstrike\addons\mani

dont drop any mani stuff into the generic directory "addons", put it all under a "mani" folder.
