I tried using the Maxspeed and it didn't work for me, maybe i did it wrong?

it doesnt let you go over 400.

So if you change a players speed to 400, your saying it will work? Such as a heavy?

Thought I already tried m_flMaxspeed but I'll give it a shot when I get home. What's the range of values I should try on it?

2? 500?

m_flMaxspeed let's me decrease a players speed, but not increase it. Its the closest I've seen so far. Does anyone know a way to increase a player's speed with a plugin?

I believe its limited by the value in the CTX file, if you put 450 in each CTX file then you could use that to limit it to whatever value you like.

I suppose you could do TF2 Slow-mo instead of Need for speed
