Hello! How can i change a map's name without messing the radar?

For example: i want a map called de_dust2_classic to be named de_dust2_oldcs, but if i change it normally (Right click + Rename), when i enter the map, the radar is missing (Black/Empty radar)

Nooooo.... don't do multiple copy of one map and then rename those to different names.

You are just creating mess, you or players encounter error "your map differs from server map"

you will need copies of the radars in csgo/resource/overviews renaming both the file names as well as the text file, or they can be packed into the map following the same naming convention

what's the purpose of having copies?

That is the problem, i added some custom oldcs maps from gamebanana and workshop and some players reported the exact error "your map differs from server map", and i want to change names so that everyone can join the
server without problems (I will not use some common name like dust2_old, it will be like dust2_old_communityname, so that nobody will have the map pre-installed and the error will dissapear
