i need a beastly image upload script for my website

it should have a main page with a choose file and upload button
also supports ONLY jpg, gif, png, txt, zip files!
then it will upload the thing to the /uploads directory!
after it has been uploaded it should bring you to the new page of the thing you uploaded and give an html AND BBCODE tag to post it on your site (img tags for images links for other things)
also it will RENAME THE FILE 1,2,3,4,... for every file uploaded. so 3 things uplaoded, the third thing is uploads/3.jpg or whatever


please upload all files needed for this to work!

im willing to pay for it if it is very VERY neat and professional looking (ie AJAX coding) and works flawlessly and if i need something added u will add it
