maybe you're looking in wrong folder, I install it with the same way you did except i logged Anonymously and force_install_dir ./HLDS/ (with 1 dot, in the same folder where SteamCMD is exist)

Autobuy bug also fixed in this build and i don't need to use antidl file anymore now ?

autobuy been fixed in build 5956, there is no need to use this plugin

If I Don't use this command force_install_dir ./download_folder/
then what will happen ?? 0_0

Then you will search your downloaded server like a idiot in folders.
That's why we use this cmd ;)
