Maybe it works in L4D, but in L4D2 it doesn't work correctly, when the player incapped once and rises (for example with pills), a black and white screen and a heartbeat appear (the number of incapped is set to 2), the heartbeat remains even when you have used up the first aid kit.
No error log file.
