These two issues are maybe linked up.

1) crazy HUD
Sometimes players spawn without some elements displayed normally on HUD. These situations I got reports/I experienced occured:
1a) Element selected by gg_status_display (set to 1) doesn't appear (lower-middle, right of the roundtimer). This happens often. Rest of the HUD is normal.
1b) Missing elements: 1a) + HP/Armor (lower-left), roundtimer (including the two graphical elements left-and rightside) and the crosshair.

2) crazy bomb
The indicator for the bomb on roundstart is normal (orange dot).
If first time dropped (by drop or death), it gets weird. Mostly the position is wrong (regardless if the bomb is held, dropped or planted). Sometimes the indicator is blinking'n'moving (held by a player).
I can't describe it more exactly .
The function of the bomb isn't shortened in any way (unlike in CSDM, where the bomb loses it's function when dropped first time).

These can all be attributed to the poor respawning. I wish I had a better answer. Until AMXX 1.77 you could try CSDM.

The HUD problem seems to be fixed, but we need some more days to be sure.

The radar problem is still there. But Im assuming the indicator for the bomb on the radar is managed by cs/not influenced by any plugin, is this correct?

GunGame is supposed to re-update your client with the current bomb status on the radar, because using the old respawn method would not do this by itself.

Does the radar get messed up as soon as someone drops the bomb, or only once you respawn after they have dropped it?

This wasn't easy to examine, especially while being in action .

I trashed my notices about 1.15, here is what happening with 1.16B1:
  • On roundstart everything is nice, always .
The following happens sometimes. Every point has been recognized/reported twice for minimum. Most of these points occur after a respawn in dm mode.
  • The (dropped) bomb disappears from radar. If picked up, the orange dot reappears for ~1 second.
  • A picked up bomb is displayed blinking on radar (like dropped, but moving).
  • A planted bomb is blinking (a dot, no cross).
  • The picked up bomb/the dropped bomb is displayed on wrong position, but moving. This is not easy to confirm every time, but happens.
  • One unconfirmed report about a blinking+moving cross of a picked up bomb.
