Can I put in the order I want? or do I have "exactly " the same order on all servers?

It should be the same on all servers for severall reasons.
Serverstats for redirecting would be useless as the servernumber would be different for each redirect.
The order of the servers would be different, so if you want to navigaet through the servers, youl'd always have to search wich servernumber the server now has. If server #1 is the first one n every list you wouldn't have to search for it when you open the serverlist. Guess when you have 10 or more servers, how lomg do you want to search for the server you want to be redirected to if it has another number on every server?
If you use sql to save the serverlist you wouldn't even have the ability to change the order as every server get's the list from the same table.
