I'm already using UTF-8 since there is russian translation. Without it you're bound to ansi = ascii caracters; meaning latin languages letters only.

Thanks for your poland translation Arcy; it's now added, as well as away000 's brazilian portuguese translation.

Bomb drops near the player. He drops it and picks up at that moment, so simply plugin doesn't do its work.
Can you fix please?

But the bomb is dropped repetitively to avoid that...

The problem you're talking about is already said in first post; it is that the c4 is dropped but a certain tilt gives the c4 a force towards the player, making it take it again. It would be to hard to detect the tilt and drop the bomb accordinly. Even if I was to change gravity for the dropped c4, it should drop in "normal" range, which means block if there is a wall, etc.

Repeting the drop c4 action is way simpler and does the job.

Thanks for pointing that out. You should have said that it was using the command sm_dropc4 -_-'. I was looking for restriction code dropping items xD.

Anyway, 1.3.1 is out. Changing 2 bools (1 required) in a function call made the bomb drop further, and therefore there is less annoying loops. Those can still happen however. Thanks to Sammit92 for pointing Dr!fter's plugin/code out.
