Broken SRCDS After The Last Update

I know the title is generic, but eh, how else could I put this.
The last TF2 update that was published 30~40 minutes ago completely broke my servers.
I had re-downloaded the entire server content, no luck.
Took away the addons folder, nope.
Right now it's just opens, and closes.
Anyone experiencing the same thing?

EDIT: Heard SRCDS broke on the Windows platform?

Yes. I have problem too on windows os.

TF2 SRCDS is crashing on Windows with the new TF2 update. Valve is working on a fix.
