For some strange reason, the voice-com isn't working at all in my server.
All the cvars are set correctly. This started happening recently after the hlds update (5375) . Any idea to a fix?

Disable your plugins one by one until the issue is resolved. This will tell you which plugin is causing the problem. Once you find it, post the link to the plugin.

I've already tried that. I also turned off amx completely (amx_off) to no avail.

check your server.cfg for sv_voiceenable 0. change it to 1

I don't know about above problem maybe it's due to the upgrade, try deleting your binaries and downgrade your server to the previous stable version which is 4883.

In my personal experience the "most" stable version of HLDS of all time were 4382 ( exe build date Oct-23-2008 ) for Windows dedicated servers and 4383 (exe build date 19-May-2009) for Linux dedicated servers, if I remember correctly after that every freaking update is going worst and worst.

Newer versions require more advance technology, more resource etc as they're forced to be compatible with new systems.

Nothing really worked. Asked my server providers to update it once more, and it actually updated to 5381, which in fact completely broke my server. It wouldn't even start on that version what so ever. So I just downgraded to 4554 for the time being. I only need the upgrade to patch the bugs that are in the lower versions. But with every new version there seems to be even more trouble.

Yeah, it's really frustrating. I've downgraded for the time being until a fix is found or another update is released fixing this bug.
