- 4 new player models for home and away teams
- .amxx removed
- .sma attached
- zip created alongw all the req files
- simply extract zip alongw cstrike folder
- locally compile football.sma
- put football.amxx in amxmodx/plugins folder
- add a line in amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini i.e. football.amxx
- fm-models.ini has been renamed to fm_models.ini
- bugs removed from fm_models.ini

Managed to get some new models and newer of the defaults.

Bears 2012, Colts 2012, Falcons 2012, Giants 2012, Packers 2012, Patriots 2012, 49ers 2012 and Broncos 2013.

Added a txt file with the names for the fm_models.ini file. With the right names and numbers.
