Alka pointed something out to me that would be SO MUCH easier than what I just said.
He recommended using a key based on cvar on both servers.
If the key is in the packet, then accept the data. If not, deny the data.
The example was in hackziner's Multi-Server Chat plugin.

Updated the plugin to use the more secure method.
Alka should be uploading the .amxx files soon.
