It can't say the minutes if it's less than 10, like 3:05, because fvox has no "O" speech, I tried to use "biohazard" to get an "O" sound, but it didn't sound very good.

So, if the minute is less than 10, it just says the hour.

If you want to add more time announcements, just change this line:

if (g_min == 0)

To include other conditions, like:

if (g_min == 0 || g_min == 15 || g_min == 30 || g_min == 45)
