This plugin does not work on my TFC server. There is no way to ban a player from spraying. All it does is force a player TO spray. Since my decalfrequency command variable on my server is set to 0, this plugin is not only broken, but on my server it is also useless.

Rather than forcing someone to look at the ground and then spray... I've played on a server and everytime you looked at a spray it shows you the player name and steamid of the person who sprayed it.

I connected to a few servers last night to find the plugin but I could not find the server again :-(

When a player looks at a spray it shows in the center of their screen who sprayed it. Also an admin can spray any players spray.

A really good companion plugin to go with this plugin.
