Is it possible to unban all of the players banned so far in a server? (with amx_banip and amx_ban)
If so, please tell me how.

Delete banned.cfg & listip.cfg

• Shutdown the server.

• Start the server.

It works with me always
Delete .cfg's & "exec server.cfg"

Could you explain why shutdown and start ?

Because all bans are help in memory while the server is running. When the server shuts down, it overwrites the entire file with the bans in memory. So, if you delete the file while the server is running, it will re-write the ban file with all the bans in memory (you didn't delete them from memory).
