I'm working on kz plugin and i need saving method for the top15 times. So my question is: Which is the best alternative for SQL and how to use it.

I would suggest saving in NVault, then using NVault Util (see Code Snippets/Tutorials) to read all entries, then sort.

If you don't want to use SQL to force users to have a database, you can use SQLite.
