Go to http://support.asus.com.tw, download in top menu, select product "motherboard" select series "socket 478" choose your motherboard (p4p800 should do) click Search, Select OS (xp)

Why are you installing Realtek drivers?

Same error as before... Driver not found! Reboot...

Any other helpers ? :/

uninstall realtek drivers?
I didnt see any mention of realtek drivers for your motherboard at all mate on ASUS.

Try updating them via windows device manager. Find the section for your audio/sound and choose update drivers

As I have said, it is not your audio card. It is a software problem.

Yaya, I already bought new audio card, so it's not possible to fix these new problems without reinstalling windows?

I bet reinstalling windows is the only option you have.

to know if it's a software or a hardware problem: install virtual pc 2007 sp1. it's free.
it will make a virtual hardware like creative sound-blaster 16
then: if the problem persists with the sound card, then your motherboard is ill, otherwise it's windows!
to reinstall windows elsewhere is better to test the problem.
