Hello guys , you reed the title, i have cs 1.6 public server ,

but how to make it permently without buying it from host sites ?

It will probably cost much more to do it without renting from a host site if you want the same quality connection (meaning you would need to host it at home and purchase a static IP and a very high bandwidth).

Certainly you won't need very high bandwith for a cs 1.6 server.

The problem is to choose good ISP who has very low pings to almost everyone in the area and to other countries.

a) Get a computer that can support the number of players you want/AMXX/etc.
b) Get a connection that can support your server/players
c) Pay the bills
d) Leave the computer that is running the server on 24/7.
