Using the updated 1.2.2 build with the Classless update fix. I reinstalled source mod and it runs fine but in the admin menu it duplicates one of the commands. In this case it is freezebomb. It shows up 3 times, the first one actually works and lets me select a target. The second two don't do anything, the admin menu closes if I select them. I tried removing freezebomb from adminmenu_sorting.txt and all the happened was the freezebomb command went away and the next one in line, firebomb, took it's place and was duplicated so there were 3 firebomb commands instead.

I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it, please help!

You are having some type of plugin conflict.
Please type sm plugins list and sm exts list in to Hlsw under console this may show a problem.

usually for me, this is due to some translation files not getting loaded (esp. for plugins that add commands to admin menu). check your error logs and see if that's the case.
