I'm going to take a wait and see approach to that one, since this extension actually finally solved the problem, and their last patch that they had told us was a fix didn't actually seem to fix anything.

Valve pushed their update back to tomorrow after uncovering a problem in the way they patched it.

They finally tested an update before releasing it! \o/

Does this fix the red X'es flying all around when you shoot a hitscan weapon?

I didn't have any crash SO FAR (linux, latest 1.4.5) but we still get the Netchannel: failed reading message net_SetConVar and players unable to join.

Valve added now some more particles and some seem to be useless unless you are in MvM mode.

Would be nice to see something like this to stop the precache of mvm particles to help with the above issue

This extension will *hopefully* be useless when today's update comes out. Most of the issues fixed by this extension will be patched.
