Thanks, but didn't solve the problem The CVARS of the Grenade Effects just don't work.....

Your plugin is actually working fine and I really like it! But if I disable effects, the smoke isn't a freeze nade anymore. So yeah, it has something to do with the GE plugin

Then you only need to change:
zr_greneffect_napalm_he 0
(csgo/cfg/zombiereloaded/grenade_effects.cfg)

Which although you said you did already I'm betting its being reset in one of the configs to the "on" state.

Actually I managed to solve it!

In playerclasses.txt there was "has_napalm" "yes" for every human class. I switched to "no", but it didn't work. Apparantly the server needed a restart to read the playerclasses.txt again.
