The Dota 2 server doesn't run. The problem because of gamedate automatic update.

Fixed by updating to last version of SM (1.6.0-hg4231) and Dota 2 Fixups (1.9.3), and changing 'DisableAutoUpdate' value to 'yes' in 'core.cfg'.
