I've looked up and down and either I'm searching wrong or all I'm finding are unapproved plugins.
I'm looking for a basic all talk voting plugin that well turns it on and off based on the percentage of votes. This may be in SM itself but I've not messed with settings like this in so long I don't remember.
Anyone offer any assistance on this please?

You want a plugin that when admin does a command it will show the alltalk vote? or you want a plugin that does a alltalk vote like rtv?
I can make this both just tell me.
Anyway here you have a plugin for vote by admin command.
Commands:
sm_alltalkvote or sm_alltalkv - admin flag generic - enables the vote

All talk vote like RTV I think would be what I'm looking for - Also would be handy to have something to give players the ability to keep client prefs if they wish to hear the other team or not along with broadcasting their voice to the other team so they wouldn't be subjected by a vote of it on.
That possible?
