So there are no ways to linux also configur to multi-threaded? If yes, then need switch to Windows server

Unfortunately, there is no way in the linux. Server will keep use only one core mostly.

Yes, most biggest servers use windows, you're right.

And yes you can host up to 64 slots.

the pic shown by e54385991 does not prove srcds is multi-threaded
i believe e54385991 runs more than 1 server from his machine

Im %100 sure windows could use two or more cores for single srcds.
I was using windows back then, was set affinity for srcds to two cores, its perfectly was multi-threaded and server var was always perfect (around 0.002-0.005) it was big(38 slot) public server at 128 TICK tho.

So give a try if you could.

SRCDS will ONLY run things like networking on a separate thread, don't expect massive gains from using multiple cores, as actual game code CANNOT (usually) be multithreaded.

Consider a frame where a player presses the fire button, but is simultaneously shot, if you were to try to thread that you would have a non-deterministic outcome, depending on which thread processes faster the player may be able to shoot before dying or not. (Vastly oversimplified example, the problems are incredibly extensive with trying to multithread MOST games)

In general it is best to NOT set core affinities as the built-in scheduler is DESIGNED to do exactly what you're trying to do, except in real time and more intelligently.

Let's check up on that....

Code:
$ GAME=csgo NR=50 php gametracker.php
-- GameTracker, Top 50 for 'csgo' (http://www.gametracker.com/search/csgo/?searchipp=50)
34 Linux
0 Mac
16 Windows
50 servers responded to our query.
50 servers was tested during this run.
Now, have you ever considered to get your facts straight before you're talking?
