Yes, of course. I take up my servers again, so I updated hlds (throw SteamCMD) to 6153 build, amxx - to 1.8.3 dev, metamod - to 1.21p37. But the problem stay.

As I said, even all meta plugins and also metamod are disable, problem stay.

If you need more information, I'll provide.

There is idea that this problem of server caching, but I didn't found difference at linux cache between 2 server conditions.

its maybe not from your server, from you.
try typing these commands in your console.
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
rate 25000

and try getting another player to test.

Is this an hour on the server straight? Same map or were there map changes?

GinNNy, man, it's standart player's rates, who have steam and middle+ skill.
Just connect to some nonhost (home) public server, and play until mapchanging. After change of map look at the difference between hitboxs.
This is not only my server's problem, it's common nonhost server's problem, but few players know about it.

joshknifer, 1-1.5 hours between conditions on the server, same map, sys_tickrate 1200, status - 1000 fps. If less tickrate, 100-200 fps on server, 4-6 hours between conditions.
After restart (server cmd) of changelevel (other map) hitbox breaks. And need to wait 1-1.5 hours again.

By the way, this results on fast shooting, maximum speed of lmb clicking.

i also feel something defferent on hitbox from server to server from example whene i playe in server a i feel that hitbox is not fixed and its like i m not shooting the player on other server b i start making head shots and feel that my that my shots are more accurate i guess its server settings that have something to wiht it.

Yea it has something with server settings like:
some servers use 100 fps and that suck. and some of them more.
More fps = More accurate.

the same in my's servers, just tested, it is a counter-strike bug.

About fps - on my server it's 1000.
