It is work:

Use mapcfg...

Map if you use every weapon: sm plugins unload...

Map if you restrict some weapon: sm plugins load... sm_restrict blablabla; sm_restrict blablabla...

Warning: some mapcfg not working on the FIRST MAP after use restart the server, just from the second map...

I am suspecting that you don't check if the client is in game or connected?

This plugin caused a lot of errors on our server, mainly

I modified the code and added some checks, it does not cause errors anymore! It compiles without warnings. Changes are made in line 199 & 208.

This plugin is unapproved and likely unsupported given the author hasn't posted since 2010. Use Drifter's weapon restriction: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=950174
