"timed out" problem

I have a problem on my cs server , everyone who is spectacting after 5-7 mins will be kicked for this reason "timed out" can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

firstly, give more details. are you using some third-party plugins that kick spectators, etc. ?

set sv_timeout "65" in amxx.cfg and server.cfg

after some hour's remove it.

mp_autokick is 0 and timeout is 65 too and there isnt any plugin wich kick spectators .
