Server Crashes. I've got mdmp file. how to read it

My Server crashed i still don't know what caused crash. I have dump file, so could someone can find the plugin that caused crash

Update to the latest build, 4554 is extremely outdated.

Noone supports such an outdated version for a hundred reasons, so why should we?
Update your server(s). There is a reason why updates are made and recommended.
