More memory registers available to the OS. No weird OS hacks to address memory past the 4GB boundary.

Should SRCDS ever get a 64-bit version, it'd also remove the 4GB memory restriction for its processes.

Crap.
When you say hung what do you mean?

I am getting server lockups without any srcds or sourcemod error messages and just a small message about a dump file... I am new to linux and don't even know how to troubleshoot this.

The server never restarts just crashes and stays stuck.

The problem is solved off the web server (Apache or nginx)
It is these web servers interfere with TF2 on Debian 64

What do you mean by saying "It is these web servers interfere with TF2 on Debian 64 "?
I'm asking because I have this same problem with hlds running on a Debian 6 dedicated server. (I know this is source forum, but didn't find anything related to this problem elsewhere).

Thanks for any links or advise helping to solve this problem.
