This is a simple fog plugin that attaches a spherical fog model to each player. Feel free to alter the fog model, but be sure to rename the model and its reference in the script to something unique.
Screenshot: Attachment 18793
Known Issues:
  • Fog color is influenced by the lighting below the player

I think it might be possible to improve this using planes that are attached to a bone shared with the player...that way it follows the view and takes less polygons

I'm probably missing the point here but, this
-Puts fog around each player?
-Puts fog around each player, therefor making his/her sight fogged as well? (since it goes around the whole player I presume)
-Puts fog around the whole map? Well, not according to description but like I said I think I'm missing the point here.

It, sounds good though.

Sounds amazing! I demand some screen shots, though.

Its called in serverframe so I recommand that u use get_pcvar instead of get_cvar.
much faster.

also

write_coord(vViewOfs[2]) tag mismatch

write_coord(floatround(vViewOfs[2])) << no tag mismatch

Gj,
Ramon

Edit: screenshot added, u cant see much i think, model should be edited.
tested in TFC.
