Need help with spr file the spr is "poison" of the thermal zombie if somebody can change the color to red cause blue its ugly and not fit to the mod

I changed the color to red but i don't know why the convert give me errors i try to convert the bmp Image and it writes to me "doesn't share the same palette... not loading." if somebody know how to fix it or can convert the images it's be great.
