Server's showing up as "down"

I've installed xREDIRECT correctly, everything seems to be working fine. Although when /server is typed, the server come up as they're "down" which in fact are not. And if you click one to redirect to, it still redirects them.

Only issue I'm having is getting the server data to show next to the server in the menu, such as players ect.

Sorry, I must've missed that. Also, now I'm getting only ONE of the servers to show on BOTH the servers menu. Although one of them still show's up as "down" on the menu on both servers. Don't know what the issue could be.

There's one error i keep getting in the logfiles, don't know what it could be.

Socket errors are mostly caused by network problems, such as misconfigured firewalls. Make sure that all nessessary ports are open on both servers.

What would the necessary ports be? I'll have to contact my host provider about it in that case. It's weird because I have other plugins that use the sockets module, and never gotten that error.

I'm sorry, but i'm not that deep into that material to be the right one to ask. But my guess would be that at least the port of server #1 has to be open on server #2 and vise versa.

Getting the same error in the other server's logfile actually. Just a bit different.

Don't know what this could mean... As the second server actually shows up on the menu, yet I'm still getting the same error as the first server.

As saied: it is most likely a firewall problem. You have to ask your server-provider.
