This happens while im building sourcemod

i have installed Visual Studio 2015 and python 2.7
and i already path python to environment variables but it still getting errors
What can i do now?

Did you run checkout-deps.sh from the sourcemod/tools directory?

i read on wiki that command just for Linux or OS
