You cannot. The default animations on a hl1 skeleton (built for HL1) will work in the anim order for the hl1 game. CS is different. Player models are numbered with enums registering the order of animations just like CS1.6, so HL1 is out of order, and I doubt a skeleton with animations for like a "gauss_attack" and stuff like that would be very useful for an AK47. You need to re-rig it for it to function properly.

The question is about the _weapons_. For weapons, you can without problems. And like you said, depending the new weapons you want to use, when you fire, you will need to find an acceptable and corresponding animation but that's not really important.

As i said, hl models dont have the cs weapon animations ... thats why i am asking for them

HL1 models have other animations in contrast of 1.6 animations, they must be pulled on cs 1.6 bones with cs 1.6 animations
