[help] force console command?

I can do console command if someone write some command?
i want to do "cl_minmodels 1"

that not command, console variable.
and it is client side cvar, you can't change that from player.

to deny players not use cl_minmodels 1, use sv_allowminmodels 0.

oh damn.

in my server i have skins but sometimes players want to remove skins and i want to create command, and he do cl_minmodels 1. i can do this? or that not possible?

No.You can't set player's any cvar by server it's prohibed by Valve.(Admin Slowhacking).Well it's from Counter-Strike but meaning is same for Counter-Strike: Source.
