By editing the main plugin of the mod you're using in case it doesn't have a forward that is called when the user receives ammo (assuming you're talking about ammo packs) and assuming you know how to do it. It's all assumptions when you don't provide any information.

The plugins folder has compiled plugins, not source codes. Find and attach the mod's .sma file and post in the plugins request section. This section is not for problems regarding third-party plugins.
