Need to make a plugin / extension to collect screenshots of players from the server. Such function as were in UCP.
If everything depends on the client part, it's also not a problem, you can do anything with it, I give the client to my players, and they play from my client (LAN).
Screenshots can be stored in the server folder, web is optional.
Make screen screen of all players, like in every 3 minutes. Or each player separately every 3 minutes.

I hope this is realizable.
The developer nocheatz said that it can be implemented through the client / server part together, but he did not have time for it.
