how send menu just for admin user?

Players doesn't have a flag don't have the menu to chose a skin.

.....just remove the PublicSection in skins.ini....thats all.......

There is a problem with the latest version. I have updated from 1.7 to the latest one. The only thing I removed is the old .smx plugin. I kept my skins.ini . But now when I join the server and join a Team the menu doesn't pop up and when I type !models it doesn't pop up as well. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey andi.. Imma need some help here. I have tried and tried to get this to work. I can get it to work if I use skins from css-skins website that are intended for admin skins but the directory is for ics and anyone who already has that folder and those models from other servers wont see mine. I have even opened the .mdl file and changed the line in it to match my directory. Tried most everything problem wise on this post other people have had and I get nothing. Get back at me.

Did you also changed the Paths in the VMT´s ?

Yes changed vmt file lines and server is set to sv_pure 0. Downloading the files for clients is not a issue, that works fine just when you choose the skin from menu it doesnt work.

Below is my skins.ini and for the admin I have it as "admin" "" where I have tried everything else already. I do have my admins.cfg and admin_groups.cfg setup as well and have tried using the flags within those cfgs that I have set. Also when I put this plugin in my plugins folder server wont even start just crashes and crashes until I remove this from my plugins folder.
