Wow now I can't make it to work so that when they defuse it ends the round...

Do I type "team_win 2" for CT to win when bomb is defused?

No, it's all done automatically.
Furthermore, defusal isn't appropriate thing to ask here.
If you want to get appropriate help, provide as much details as possible and in the correct thread(s).
How did you installed the plugin(s)?
What "amxx plugins" server command prints out?
Which modules are enabled?
Log errors?
Compilation errors?
Etc.

That's just it, it all works fine Ven except the CT winning at the end f the round...

Here is how I installed just like you said:

Which maxplayers CVar value do you have?
What was the number of players on the server?

Where is that cvar found and our server always varies with people in it...it's a 21 man server with 2 reserved slots

Please review the first post of this thread for the full list of plugin's technical limitations. Make sure that your issue isn't related to such limitations.

Once round is ended Ts/CTs can't win. In other words you can't do double round end.
