I was going through the plugins on my server, I issued the "sm plugins list" command, and I found this plugin listed: "slfix3.smx"

There is no version number, and no author, which is odd.
I also do not recognize the name.
I cannot find where it could have loaded from - I cannot find the name "slfix3.smx" in my addons/sourcemod/plugins directory.

edit: The server is Counter-strike: Source, on a Windows host run through a server provider.

Does anyone know what plugin this is from?

I remember long ago there were some plugins that could be maliciously uploaded to a server through an exploit, and seeing this unknown plugin has made me suspicious.

Perhaps try using a decompiler and seeing the gist of what it does? It may be something custom made you or someone else tossed in and didn't name it very good. A google result has it appear in a number of plugin lists dating back the last few years but nothing to point it towards a particular purpose. http://headlinedev.xyz/lysis/

It's from Streamline Servers and it fixes a few exploits (or used to as they may have been patched by Valve already).

You can't see it as they have made it hidden to clients, to stop it from being 'leaked' I suppose.

You can uninstall it from the Mod Manager.
