He use SourceMod 1.9 and the extension was compiled against SourceMod 1.10. I had the same error with my first build.

Tested working with SM 1.9.0.6271 and SM 1.10.0.6373

I'm trying to change surface properties of transport wheels. I set SetMaterialIndex to "jeeptire", it works perfectly in CS:S, but in CS:GO the wheel surface remains slippy as if the friction factor is about 0.1-0.2 and the vehicle is like on an icy road. Is there a known way to fix it?
