I downloaded and installed every file for the multi 1v1 server when i enable the plugin
With sm plugins load multi1v1
all it does it give me a knife in an empty server, !guns doesn't work and the arenas don't work either

Try updating your sourcemod version?

Otherwise try re-installing plugin. Also check to see in your error logs found at /csgo/addons/sourcemod/logs, Look for the most recent "errors_..." log.

I believe if your database.cfg is not properly setup with that plugin you will have issues like that.
