Let's make it clear...

what are ALL KNOW bugs of ID 32?

Server with 32 maxplayers have a bugs! Use server with 31 maxplayers and you will not have any problems

Bugs like, on server with 32 maxplayers there is not c4 on the radar, if you are in spec and watch other players, one od 32 players will have a bug, you will not see him very good, and things like that. I recommend to use a server with 31 maxplayers

It's a well known bug afaik but will never get fixed by Valve (they are on to bigger ?better? things).
