This is a tough unapproval, and I will gladly accept the opinions of other plugin approvers.

Unapproving because the OP obviously can't support the plugin, nor did the OP write it, aside from adding a CVAR to track the plugin.

The reason it's tough is because several competent programmers collaboratively rewrote it, tested it, and came out with a fully functional plugin. I'd be happy if any of them decided to take over this plugin (hint, hint).

So yes, I'm unapproving a fully functional plugin.

If you ask me, I agree with your decision. And if you want to, I can take it over in order to become responsable for supporting it. (There isn't much to support but, anyway)

Right. That's part of why the unapproval was tough, because while he wouldn't be able to support it, there isn't much to support.

If you want to own it, it's yours. Take the code and submit it as your own. At the very most, you should just give credit for the idea, though I'm only presuming it was the OP's idea. Once you submit it, I'll close this thread and link to yours. Heh, you might want to give Arkshine a shout out too.
