Oh yeah sorry, I didn't mention it but I updated both core and chat, restarted server, reloaded them...and that error appears.

It's a plugin issue. Not ASteambot. You should normally just drag'n'drop ASteambot_Core and ASteambot_Chat in your plugin folder and then reboot. I'll take a look in a few houres.
