Well today i came upon a little bug which causes the server to crash or at least mine so I hope this will help other users to fix theirs without any troubles.

What causes the crash ?
Well that simple after the steam updated the Counter-Strike 1.6 you could use 'In Game Multi Languages'
which means you could write in any different language such as mine (Hebrew - אבשדבשד)
I found out when a player has a name and he changes the name to my language he can crash the server in a matter of less than 3 seconds therefore i disabled each plugin on my plugins.ini list
and I found out that the plugin that crashed my server is
amxmod_compat.amxx

Just disable it and that should work
I hope i helped some poeple with this info

Oh and btw I think it works on Steam Updated Servers Only

Well actualy the server isn't mine and i've got no idea what it do...
