What plugins are needed?

Trying to run an LMS server but I'm missing a plugin/module I think, does anyone know what's required for it?

Did you edit it? It looks like a function in the plugin itself is missing.

Nope, .sma from http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=38877 , used online compiler and dumped it in plugins/

Compiled offline as well, same error. I thought I would need some other module or plugin for this to work.

I think the function that was missing blocked the end of round sounds if you're going to work on it.
